As a Multi-Million Dollar Sales Producer who holds an MBA in Computer Information Systems and eCommerce, MLC New Home Marketing Founder and President Mitch Levinson brings a unique perspective to the field of technology in real estate. For more than 15 years, he has used his multi-faceted understanding of home building, construction, sales and technology to help some of the industry’s top players. With his early entry into the field, Mitch established standards in a competitive environment that has since been transformed by the Internet.
Through MLC New Home Marketing, Mitch uses his national and local expertise to help his clients gain competitive advantage through Internet marketing and CRM strategies. He manages corporate budgets of a few thousand to well over $1 million. Among the clients who have benefited from Mitch’s experience are several national builders, including Fortune 500 players Beazer and Technical Olympic.
Prior to establishing MLC new home Marketing, Mitch was a top producer for Move.com, where he established the Atlanta market and transformed it into the company’s most productive region within 9 months.
Mitch regularly shares his knowledge with industry peers through classes and seminars. Known for guiding his students through interactive dialogue, he has become a favorite instructor of Internet and Technology courses for the Greater Atlanta and Chicago Home Builders Associations. In a similar style, Mitch empowers his clients by helping them discover the competitive advantages they already have. Then he leads them further refine those advantages and present them to customers through Internet and software applications.
Mitch has sold homes in multiple markets across the country and currently holds an Illinois State Brokers license. He has participated in the design, development and implementation of numerous real estate websites, has personally served as project manager for the implementation of six different CRM applications in homebuilder implementations, and spearheaded development of a high-profile, complex application for Georgia State University.
